Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Architect to design, implement, and maintain Oracle EBS solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules, integration strategies, and system architecture, as well as experience leading complex ERP projects. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and robust EBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle EBS architecture across various modules including Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Develop integration strategies between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications using APIs, workflows, and Oracle Integration tools.
- Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for Oracle EBS environments.
- Lead upgrade and migration projects, including technical assessments, planning, and execution.
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for EBS development and architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in disaster recovery, security compliance, and change management processes for Oracle EBS.
- Mentor and train junior developers and architects on EBS architecture and technical best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS implementation, architecture, and support.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 and above, including core modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, Projects).
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, OA Framework, and SQL tuning.
- Experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, REST APIs, Oracle SOA, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with EBS upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle EBS Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification.
- Experience with cloud integration and hybrid on-premise/cloud EBS setups.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion applications or Oracle Cloud ERP.
